Statement

Fascination with form is where my process begins.  My work in-  

vestigates reflected light, shadow, color and depth deception using a trapezoidal form within a larger form.

The trapezoidal form is cut out making the wall a key element in the physical presence of the work.  In other images, the trapezoidal form is painted in a matte color.  It is placed in front of a larger reflective, organic form.  Light appears to emanate from the highly reflective surface.

Inspiration always starts where my last body of work ends.  I explore reshaping previous images and reorganizing them.  There is an element of switching from analog to digital and back again that always reveal new beginnings.
